Implementing the Plan to organize mobile library services and book circulation of the Provincial Library, and at the same time promoting activities to celebrate the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025, Ha Nam Provincial Library has promoted the implementation of mobile library services in localities, agencies, units, entertainment venues, crowded places and especially in schools in the province, contributing to attracting the participation and response of a large number of readers with thousands of students from primary to high school level in the whole province.
At schools, with a rich and diverse number of books, profound and practical content that is regularly updated, suitable for the age of students, along with the enthusiasm of the provincial library staff, teachers have organized open reading areas and spaces with knowledge competitions such as identifying authors and works; guessing folk songs through gestures, actions, or through fun and exciting games, helping students access knowledge in many forms, contributing to practical effectiveness, meeting the needs of reading books, searching for different information and documents, forming the habit of reading books right from when they were still in school, thereby contributing to promoting the development of reading culture in the province.

The enthusiastic response and excitement to the mobile service activities of Ha Nam Library at schools has created positive motivation for librarians to continue promoting service activities to bring books to readers in the province.
