The Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee of the 16th Provincial Party Congress held its first session.

On the afternoon of September 25, the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee of the 16th Provincial Party Congress held its first meeting to listen to and give opinions on a number of tasks that need to be implemented in the coming time. Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee, chaired the meeting.

At the conference, the Subcommittee members discussed and gave opinions on the propaganda plan for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; working regulations, action plan, and assignment of tasks to the Subcommittee members.

The opinions expressed unanimously agreed that, in order to ensure that the propaganda and celebration work before, during and after the congress is carried out in accordance with political directions and orientations, it is necessary to assign tasks to each member clearly and specifically, ensuring that it covers all requirements and tasks, and is consistent with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, spoke at the meeting.

Giving directions on the working regulations, action plans, and assignment of tasks to the members of the Subcommittee, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee, requested that the working regulations of the Subcommittee clarify the tasks and powers of the Subcommittee, the Head of the Subcommittee and its members. At the same time, clarify the coordination mechanism between the members of the Subcommittee. In addition to the assigned tasks, the members of the Subcommittee will be assigned to be in charge of specific areas during the implementation process.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the meeting.

Regarding the propaganda and celebration plan, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the advisory and support agencies of the Subcommittee to closely follow the draft documents submitted to the Provincial Party Congress to clearly identify issues related to the purpose and requirements of the plan. Attach the form of propaganda to each specific propaganda content. Research and determine the requirements and principles for the decoration of the celebration in each area and each level of the congress organization. At the same time, determine the timeline, progress of organizing the main events and the principles of organization and implementation.

He also asked members to continue to contribute ideas to the draft propaganda and celebration plan. On that basis, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department will synthesize and develop a detailed plan to report to the Subcommittee for comments, ensuring that the plan is suitable for each stage and is effectively implemented.
