Regarding the information about the above text message, on November 8, speaking with reporters, Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, confirmed that the content of this text message is fake. The Department has also transferred this case to the Ho Chi Minh City Police for verification and clarification. The Department of Education and Training has sent a document toeducational institutions in the area informing them about this issue.
