In this situation, the Government is assigning ministries and branches to study the formation of a National Housing Fund.

Looking at successful housing fund models in the world and considering the current context of our country, Dr. Vo Tri Thanh, Director of the Institute for Brand Development and Competitiveness Research, said that the National Housing Fund model is feasible but needs to be designed in accordance with domestic financial resources to ensure long-term and sustainable effectiveness.

Quoc Oai resolutely handles land violations

Recently, some households in Quoc Oai district have taken advantage of the arrangement and streamlining of administrative apparatus at all levels to encroach on land, level hills, and illegally build factories on agricultural land and public land, causing public outrage.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai District Nguyen Truong Son said that from now until July 1, the district-level government will stop operating. This is a sensitive time, and subjects often take advantage of it to violate land and construction order, causing many difficulties for management work.

For cases of intentional violations, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district assigned the Department of Justice, the District Inspectorate, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to study legal regulations and collect documents for the district to send an official dispatch to the City Police to investigate and prosecute the case.

Encroachment on national defense land in Thach Hoa commune (Son Tay town): Many households deliberately violate

The land of the Farming Camp, Brigade 45 is being illegally encroached upon by 3 households in Son Dong commune (Son Tay town) for planting trees.

In recent years, some households in Son Dong commune (Son Tay town) have continuously encroached on land to plant trees, dig holes, and erect fence posts... on the national defense land in Thach Hoa commune (Thach That district) managed by Brigade 45 (Artillery Corps). Although Brigade 45 has repeatedly propagated, mobilized, and requested to stop the above violations, the households still deliberately violate.

The need to completely handle the encroachment of national defense land has become urgent. Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Hoa Commune, Nguyen Van Tha, affirmed that in the coming time, the People's Committee of the Commune will continue to closely coordinate with Brigade 45 to regularly inspect and prevent new violations. If households do not comply, the Commune will complete the documents for handling in accordance with the provisions of law.

The road is full of garbage

Garbage overflows on the new road in Duc Giang ward (Long Bien district).

The 700m long road connecting lane 71 to lane 97 of Duc Giang street (Duc Giang ward, Long Bien district) is currently flooded with garbage and waste, causing environmental pollution and seriously affecting the lives of people in the area.

Speaking to reporters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Vice Chairman of Duc Giang Ward People's Committee Do Tien Van said that for 60 households that have not yet cleared their land and have petitions regarding compensation policies, the Ward People's Committee has worked with Long Bien District to review and report in writing for the city to consider and direct the resolution.

"Recognizing the people's opinions, the Ward People's Committee is also working with the investor, proposing to build barriers and signs to minimize the danger for traffic participants on the above road section," said Mr. Do Tien Van.
