Since its establishment and operation, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the arrangement of specialized apparatus, establishing grassroots Party branches and committees, and promulgating a basic system of documents to serve as a basis for implementing tasks.

Of which, 28 Party cells and Party committees with 2,877 Party members were transferred to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; 26 Party cells and Party committees were received under the Provincial Party Committees of Party agencies; 11 grassroots Party cells and Party committees were decided to be established; 3 Trade Union cells were transferred to the Provincial Labor Federation Party Committee. Up to now, the entire Party Committee has 22 grassroots Party cells and Party committees with 755 Party members.

Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that in the second quarter, the Party Committee and its affiliated Party Committees should continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the Resolutions, Conclusions and Directives of the Central Committee and the province to cadres and Party members in the entire Party Committee. The focus is on the arrangement of the organizational apparatus; strengthening propaganda for Party Congresses at all levels, major holidays and events of the country; protecting the Party's ideological foundation, coordinating the fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints in the new situation, preventing, handling, removing and destroying fake news, false, bad and toxic information on the Internet and social networks.

At the same time, focus on leading and directing the preparation and organization of congresses of grassroots Party organizations under the Party. Review personnel and prepare well the conditions for organizing the first Congress of Party Delegates of Party agencies according to regulations.
