In Phu Binh village (Tinh Khe commune), Ms. Dang Thi Phuong owns four plots of land that were granted certificates many years ago. After being guided by commune officials, she provided enough information for comparison and updating. The family's data was fully digitized, making it easier and safer to check information than before.
Also in the locality, Mr. Do Van Thanh and his wife are preparing to divide the plot to change the land use purpose. Thanks to proactively providing documents and the current status of the land plot, his family's data was standardized from the beginning. He said that when land information is fully updated on the system, legal procedures will be shortened and more transparent, helping people proactively plan land use.
By November 15, 2025, the People's Committee of Tinh Khe commune had completed the review, comparison and collection of all land data in the area. The system was standardized according to the criteria of "correct, sufficient, clean, alive" and continuously updated. The commune representative said that the responsible force worked on holidays, going to people's homes to collect information; for cases living far away, the commune coordinated with the police force and relatives to supplement the data in a timely manner.
Phu Binh village Party Committee assessed that data digitization helps significantly reduce administrative procedures and receives high consensus from the people.
Digitizing land data is considered an important step, contributing to improving management efficiency and promoting people's access to digital public services. When information is transparent and unified on the system, land procedures become faster, more convenient and safer, and people are the direct beneficiaries of this transformation process.
