Organizing the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" during Workers' Month

At the same time, direct, guide and encourage grassroots trade unions to organize forums depending on actual conditions. The forum is held 15-20 days before the Party Congress at all levels, and is one of the key activities in Workers' Month 2025.

The forum is an opportunity for union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers to learn about the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the heroic history of the nation; to express their thoughts, aspirations, proposals, and recommendations to solve problems related to the lives, jobs, and rights of workers.

This is also an opportunity for union members, civil servants, public employees and workers to learn and raise awareness about the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the heroic history of the nation, the historical mission of the working class and the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new era.

At the same time, it is a channel to receive comments and contributions from union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers on draft documents submitted to party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress, especially on issues related to the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

Regarding the topics of discussion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor suggested two current issues. First , workers presented difficult and pressing issues; made recommendations to the Party on strengthening the Party's leadership over the working class and the Trade Union organization in the new situation; paid attention to the jobs and lives of workers; proposed and contributed ideas to the draft documents of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress.

Second , Party leaders provide information on the situation and development orientations of agencies, units, localities and sectors after mergers and acquisitions; provide information on major orientations in documents of Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress, especially instructions and solutions for the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union to implement the Congress Resolution.
