(CLO) On the afternoon of October 29, the Organizing Committee of the 3rd Ninh Binh Festival in 2024 held a conference to review and evaluate the progress of the Festival organization tasks according to Plan No. 144/KH-UBND, and at the same time deploy the next tasks.
The 3rd Ninh Binh Festival in 2024, with the theme "Heritage Flow", is a cultural and tourism event of great significance, contributing to building and positioning the brand of the millennium heritage city of Ninh Binh province, while promoting the image, culture and people of Ninh Binh province and regions across the country to domestic and international tourists.

According to the report of the Department of Culture and Sports , up to now, the tasks assigned according to the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee have been carried out by all levels, sectors, localities and enterprises with a high sense of responsibility, efforts, and urgent preparation of good organizational conditions, ensuring the right progress and achieving high efficiency.
The Department of Culture and Sports has drafted the working regulations of the Festival Organizing Committee, regulations on financial management and sources of funding for the Festival; selected event organizers, developed detailed scenarios for each activity; stage construction, stands and related items, and street decoration for the Festival; plans to ensure traffic flow, electricity, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, mine clearance, etc. to serve the series of events of the Ninh Binh Festival in 2024 to ensure that they are implemented according to the set schedule. Propaganda and communication work about the Festival has been promoted.
The conference also listened to the consulting unit and the Festival's general director introduce an overview of the script for the opening ceremony and each activity at the Festival; listened to and commented on a number of proposals from a number of member units of the Organizing Committee...
