- Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said he had ordered the military to "attack fiercely" Tehran after he accused Iran of firing missiles in violation of a ceasefire after 12 days of war.
According to media reports, Israel Katz has instructed the Israeli military to "respond strongly to Iran's ceasefire violations with fierce strikes on regime targets in central Tehran."

The incident came shortly after the Israeli military said it was now safe to leave the shelter. The Times of Israel reported that Iran fired two ballistic missiles, both of which were intercepted.
Meanwhile, Israel’s finance minister issued an ominous warning after the Israeli military reported a missile attack from Iran. Smotrich posted a short message in Hebrew on X: “Tehran will tremble.”
It is still unclear how many rockets were launched and it is also unclear why people did not hear any sirens in Amman, as has happened in previous cases.

While the Israeli military statement said the missiles originated from Iran, it is not known whether some or all of them were intercepted.
If it is confirmed that these missiles came from Iran, Israel may take advantage of the remaining hours before the ceasefire takes effect.

The reports came as Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz accused Iran of violating the ceasefire and ordered a "heavy attack" on Tehran.
Earlier, Israeli media reported that the military had intercepted two ballistic missiles launched from Iran.
- Earlier, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement that Israel had agreed to US President Donald Trump's proposal for a ceasefire with Iran, after Trump declared the ceasefire was now in effect and called on both sides not to violate it.
US President Donald Trump said Iran and Israel have agreed to a “full and complete” ceasefire that will take effect within hours.
Trump's announcement on Monday came shortly after Iran's missile attack on Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which houses US troops.
