Online discussion on solutions to improve people's quality of life - to make people happy

At 2:00 p.m. on October 14, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi Moi Newspaper coordinated with the People's Committee of Ba Dinh Ward to organize an online discussion with the topic "For people's happiness: Contributing ideas to solutions to improve social welfare and people's quality of life".

The event took place in the context of Hanoi actively preparing for the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030, scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2025. This is a special congress when, for the first time, the concept of "happiness" was included in the title of the Political Report, reflecting an important shift in development thinking, from a simple growth target to a comprehensive development orientation, taking people as the center, the subject and the destination of all policies.
