The entire flooded area in Ba Be district has been restored to power.

BBK - As of 4:15 p.m. on May 27, 2025, the entire power system affected by floods in Ba Be district has been repaired and power restored, ensuring the daily life and production needs of people and units in the area.

Dia Linh transformer station is one of the last four transformer stations in Ba Be district affected by floods and was restored and resumed operations on May 27.

Previously, due to the impact of heavy rain, flash floods and landslides that occurred on the night of May 17 and early morning of May 18, the power grid system in the two communes of Dia Linh and Yen Duong was seriously damaged with dozens of medium and low voltage power poles broken and tilted; more than 1,600 customers lost power.

Immediately after the disaster, Bac Kan Power Company directed Ba Be Power Company to urgently deploy a recovery plan. The disaster prevention team and construction forces worked day and night, temporarily fixing the problem by erecting temporary poles, leveling the grid, and flexibly connecting the lines to gradually restore power.

Households in Dia Linh and Yen Duong communes (Ba Be) after days of power outage have now had power restored, stabilizing their lives and activities.

Currently, all damaged pole positions have been replaced, the transmission lines and connection equipment have been restored, allowing the re-energization of the last 4 transformer stations including Cho Ra 3, Water Plant, Dia Linh 3 and Na Cay, completing 100% of the disaster recovery plan.

The timely restoration of the power system has contributed to stabilizing people's lives and supporting production recovery after floods./.
