Workshop to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing National Target Programs in Cho Don district

BBK - On the morning of May 28, the People's Committee of Cho Don district coordinated with the Department of Finance of Bac Kan to organize a workshop to remove difficulties and obstacles; discuss some contents related to the arrangement and organization of local governments at 02 levels in the process of implementing the National Target Programs (MTQG) in the area.

Attending the workshop were representatives of the Department of Finance, Cho Don district and departments; leaders and professional civil servants of communes and towns.

According to the report of the District People's Committee, implementing the National Target Programs on new rural construction and sustainable poverty reduction; socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; communes and towns have closely followed the documents and regulations guided by all levels and sectors. However, there are still some difficulties and problems such as: Due to dependence on the crop season, some projects invested by the district level cannot be implemented before the termination of district-level activities. Although some expenditure contents have been guided in Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2023 of the Ministry of Finance , they are still general and related to many other guiding documents, making them difficult to look up and confusing. The arrangement of the government apparatus and preparation for the merger of communes and termination of district-level activities have had an impact and affected the progress of implementing the contents of projects and programs...

At the workshop, delegates discussed and reflected on the difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing and implementing national target programs in the locality. The basic problems were directly answered by the leaders of the Department of Finance.
