The program is implemented according to Plan No. 188/KH-TTVH&TT dated May 13, 2025 of the Provincial Center for Culture and Information, with the goal of widely disseminating major policies and guidelines of the Party and State, especially Conclusion No. 127/KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system. Disseminate information on not marrying early, incestuous marriage between people of the same direct bloodline or relatives within three generations and some other contents...

From May 21 to 30, 2025, the mobile propaganda team carried out the program in 10 communes and towns including: Hiep Luc, Trung Hoa, Na Phac, Van Tung, Thuong Quan, Coc Dan, Thuong An, Bang Van, Duc Van and Thuan Mang. Each performance night is a space for community cultural activities, combining oral propaganda, visual propaganda and propaganda art performances - information drama. The close and vivid forms of transmission help the message reach the people in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember, and easy-to-implement way.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue, Head of the Mobile Propaganda Team of the Provincial Culture and Information Center shared: "We not only bring information to the people but also want to create meetings, conversations, and sharing so that people can better understand the issues happening in life"...

One of the propaganda contents focused on is raising awareness about the consequences of early marriage and incestuous marriage. Through skits and short plays performed by non-professional actors in the team, many sad stories about the consequences of early marriage were truthfully reflected. Legal information and scientific knowledge about marriage and reproduction were also integrated gently but deeply, creating a positive effect in the community.
Ms. Ha Thi Nghia, a Cultural and Social Officer of Coc Dan Commune (Ngan Son) said: Propaganda in this mobile form is very suitable for the characteristics of highland and ethnic minority areas like Coc Dan. People who hear and watch it like this will feel closer and more accessible...
To make the program effective, the Provincial Center for Culture and Information has closely coordinated with the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications of Ngan Son district as well as the People's Committees of communes and towns in organizing, arranging venues, ensuring security and order, and mobilizing people to come and watch and participate.
Ms. Pham Thi Huyen Trang, Na Phac town said: "I saw the performance was good so I went to watch and livestreamed on social media so that friends who couldn't come could follow"...
Although society is increasingly developing, people have access to many types of modern media such as the internet, social networks, television... however, mobile propaganda is still an effective form, suitable for rural and mountainous areas, helping to bring policies and guidelines closer to the people. Not just a simple communication activity, the program is also a bridge connecting the community, creating a meaningful cultural and educational space.
With the attention and close direction of the province, the support of local authorities and the positive response from the people, mobile propaganda programs like this will certainly continue to be effective in improving people's knowledge, contributing to building a strong cultural and political life from the grassroots./.
