Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen - Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee: Approved personnel plan after merger

On the afternoon of May 29, at the headquarters of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, a meeting of the Standing Committees of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan Provincial Party Committees took place to discuss and approve the personnel plan according to Conclusion No. 150-KL/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, on guidelines for developing personnel plans for provincial Party committees subject to consolidation, merger and newly established communes (Conclusion No. 150).

Comrades: Hoang Duy Chinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan Province; Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, co-chaired the Conference.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee and representatives of the Party Central Office.

Speaking at the Conference, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung stated: Implementing Conclusion No. 150 and the guiding documents of the Central Organizing Committee, the Standing Committees of the two provinces have closely coordinated and implemented with a high sense of responsibility, urgency, ensuring time, progress and efficiency. The two sides regularly meet, exchange information and organize many conferences, discussions, and receive contributions to best prepare for this first-step conference. The personnel plan for the provincial Party Committee has received many dedicated and responsible contributions and achieved high consensus.

The Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee emphasized: This conference is of utmost importance, therefore, we respectfully request that delegates focus their intelligence, discuss, contribute objective and responsible opinions, express their views and clear political awareness so that the Provincial Party Committee Personnel Plan after the merger is approved to ensure the requirements according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government. At the same time, we request that the Central agencies continue to help the two provinces carry out the next steps smoothly and in accordance with regulations.

Comrade Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh affirmed that the draft Plan has received high consensus from the Standing Committees of the two provinces, which demonstrates the consistent viewpoint and sense of responsibility of the collective for the common development goal. He requested the Organizing Committees of the two provinces to continue reviewing and perfecting the content to report to the Central Government according to regulations.
