On the evening of April 27, Hanoi restricted vehicles passing through Thong Nhat Park area.

Hanoi City Police announced that from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on April 27, vehicles will be restricted from moving through Thong Nhat Park, especially on Tran Nhan Tong Street from (Le Duan - Tran Nhan Tong to Tran Nhan Tong - Nguyen Dinh Chieu), Le Duan Street from (Le Duan - Kham Thien to Le Duan - Dai Co Viet), Quang Trung Street from (Quang Trung - Nguyen Du to Quang Trung - Tran Nhan Tong) and Tran Binh Trong Street from (Tran Binh Trong - Tran Nhan Tong to Tran Binh Trong - Nguyen Du); the directions for restricted vehicles will be organized as follows:

Vehicles from Giai Phong Street turn right at Dai Co Viet - Tran Khat Chan or Dai Co Viet - Pho Hue - Hang Bai to move to the center of Hoan Kiem District or to Giai Phong Street turn left at Xa Dan - Ton Duc Thang to Dong Da, Ba Dinh District and vice versa; Only Dai Co Viet route - through Kim Lien tunnel to Xa Dan and vice versa operates normally.

Vehicles from Ba Dinh and Hoan Kiem districts following Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hai Ba Trung - Le Duan routes to Hai Ba Trung - Le Duan intersection can proactively move along Nguyen Khuyen - Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam route to Dong Da district or turn right at Le Duan - Kham Thien intersection to Kham Thien - O Cho Dua to Dong Da district.

Vehicles from Dong Da district to Ba Dinh and Hoan Kiem districts mainly travel along the Ton Duc Thang - Chu Van An route to Ba Dinh district and vice versa; or Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Thai Hoc to Hoan Kiem district.

Hanoi City Police requested organizations and individuals to proactively grasp information, strictly follow traffic flow instructions and coordinate with functional forces to ensure safety for live television programs.
