Honoring 561 excellent homeroom teachers at the provincial level of secondary and high schools

BPO - On the morning of April 18, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Phuoc province organized a summary of the provincial competition for excellent homeroom teachers of secondary and high schools in the 2024-2025 school year and honored excellent homeroom teachers at the provincial level. This is a competition held every 4 years, starting from the 2020-2021 school year.

The provincial competition for excellent homeroom teachers for the 2024-2025 school year will be held from March 23 to 28, 2025 with 2 contents: Organizingeducational activities (experiential activities, career guidance within the classroom) and reporting a solution to contribute to improving the quality of homeroom work where teachers work.

The contest attracted 395 junior high school teachers, 196 high school teachers, and 14 teachers from continuing education centers. All teachers were well prepared in terms of spirit, knowledge, teaching methods and tools. In addition to teachers with many years of experience in teaching, this year's contest featured many young teachers, teachers from remote areas, and ethnic minority areas. Many teachers overcame difficulties and made their own teaching aids. The solutions ensured novelty, scientificity , practicality and effectiveness, accompanied by convincing evidence.

The Organizing Committee honors excellent provincial-level homeroom teachers of junior high and high schools in the 2024-2025 school year.

As a result, the Department of Education and Training has recognized and granted Certificate of title of excellent homeroom teacher at secondary and high school level at provincial level for the 2024-2025 school year for 561 teachers; of which 353 are secondary school teachers, accounting for 79.6% and 208 are high school teachers, accounting for 99%.

The results of the competition are one of the bases for assessing the current situation of the teaching staff. From there, a training and development plan is developed to improve the professional qualifications and skills of teachers, especially with career guidance experience activities to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive educational innovation.
