The parade on Red Square takes place at 10am today local time (2pm Vietnam time) and lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Russia invited leaders from 29 countries to attend the event, including General Secretary To Lam .
The parade was broadcast on Russia's largest TV channels and online platforms, and was also transmitted to large screens in the center and districts of Moscow.


The parade program includes: The procession of the Russian flag and the Victory Banner to Red Square; President Vladimir Putin's speech; a minute of silence in memory of the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War; the forces participating in the parade and a spectacular display of modern ground combat vehicles, which are in the equipment of the Russian Army.

About 10,000 people participated in this year's parade. In addition to Russian soldiers, there were soldiers from 13 other countries, including the Vietnam People's Army delegation.
On the grandstand, General Secretary To Lam and his wife, along with leaders of Russia and other countries, were present early. When the People's Army marched past the grandstand, General Secretary To Lam and his wife stood up to welcome the soldiers.




The parade participants started moving from Nizhnie Mnevniki Street, then moved along Zvenigorodskoe Highway to Barrikadnaya station, then along Triumfalnaya Square and Tverskaya Street through Manezhnaya Square to Red Square.
At the parade, modern military equipment will be demonstrated, with the full participation of all branches of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies and cadets of military academies.

The parade on Red Square is considered one of the symbolic events of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War.
