Defense Industry Economic Technical Corporation divested more than 1.3 million shares at Economic-Technical JSC

Economic - Technical Joint Stock Company (address at 8 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, Quan Thanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi), started operating in 2010, with current charter capital of 38.8 billion VND.

The main business areas of the Company are local blasting services; blasting services with operations throughout the territory of Vietnam; import and export, trading in the products that the Company produces and trades; entrusting and receiving entrustment for export and import of goods; processing in commerce; trading in support tools, etc.

Regarding business situation, in 2022, the Company's sales and service revenue reached more than 368.7 billion VND, after-tax profit allocated to shareholder shares was more than 5.18 billion VND.

In 2023, the Company's sales and service revenue was more than VND 80.2 billion (down 78% compared to the previous year), after-tax loss allocated to shareholder shares was more than VND 6 billion.

At the auction held at 9:00 a.m. on July 26, at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the Economic-Technical Joint Stock Company will auction 1.34 million shares owned by the Defense Industry Economic-Technical Corporation, with a par value of VND10,000/share, with a starting price of VND15,900/share.

Investors participating in the auction must register and deposit from June 24, 2024 to 3:30 p.m. on July 19, 2024, at the Auction agents; submit the Auction Participation Form no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 24, 2024, and drop it directly into the ballot box at the Headquarters and branches of the Auction agents where the investors register; pay for the purchase of shares from July 26, 2024 to August 1, 2024; and refund the deposit from July 26, 2024 to July 30, 2024.
