Buon Ma Thuot City extends capital allocation time for 18 projects

The People's Council of Buon Ma Thuot City has just passed a resolution to extend the capital allocation period for 18 group C projects using the city budget for the period 2021 - 2025.

Specifically, some projects such as: Project to upgrade and expand D8 road, Tan An ward; Project to access the city cemetery in Hoa Khanh commune; Project to build a public lighting system on Thu Khoa Huan street; Project to extend Ton Duc Thang street (from Dong Khoi street to Tan An ward infrastructure construction area); Project to upgrade and expand Buon Ma Thuot city cemetery; Project to build infrastructure for resettlement area in village 1, Hoa Thang commune, etc.

The project of the road to Buon Ma Thuot City cemetery in Hoa Khanh commune is behind schedule due to land clearance problems.

According to the investor, the reason for the extension of capital allocation time is due to the delay in approving land use plans; some projects have petitions and lawsuits from people affecting the payment of compensation and support for site clearance; the work of changing forest use purposes is prolonged; some projects in the process of implementation have to adjust the total investment or design, leading to a prolongation of implementation time...

Accordingly, the time for extending capital allocation for projects is until the end of 2025.
