The specialized agencies of Buon Ma Thuot City have been installing signs prohibiting parking on even and odd days on Phan Chu Trinh Street.
Specifically, install sign number P.131b "No parking on odd days" and sign number P.131c "No parking on even days", parking ban time is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day on Phan Chu Trinh Street (section from Nga Sau Center to Y Moan Street).

Phan Chu Trinh Street is a road located in the central area of Buon Ma Thuot City. Therefore, the situation of vehicles (mainly cars) parking on both sides, causing the road to be narrowed, obstructing traffic, posing a high risk of traffic accidents and losing the urban beauty.
The regulation prohibiting parking on even and odd days is a solution to reduce traffic congestion, make roads more open and ensure fairness in business and trade of people on both sides of the road.
