This year, the program expanded to Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau areas, in addition to familiar locations in Ho Chi Minh City such as Ben Thanh Metro Station, Diamond Plaza, SC VivoCity, Thiso Mall, Audora Center or Parc Mall.

Activities will take place online and in person at 10 venues, from December 12, 2025 to early January 2026. Ben Thanh Metro Station continues to be a highlight with a shopping space connected to the public transport system, attracting residents and tourists.
City Sale 2 brings together more than 500 domestic and foreign brands in the fields of fashion , cosmetics, accessories, and household goods. Many major brands participate such as Gucci, Burberry, Boss, Polo, Versace, Prada, Armani, Carolina Herrera; along with cosmetics brands Whoo, Ohui, Kose, L'Oreal, Maybelline; and fashion - accessories Nike, Adidas, Puma, An Phuoc, Pierre Cardin, Furla... Many items are discounted up to 80%, creating a vibrant shopping season.
At the same time, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the banking system and electronic payment units to promote cashless payments. VNPay and Payoo launched cashback incentives; the Green SM transportation unit offered discounts of up to 25% for customers traveling to the event. The organizers expect the program to help increase the number of visitors to shopping centers by 30-50%, contributing to improving year-end purchasing power.

This year, Focus Media Vietnam will accompany the broadcast of TVCs and program identification on elevator screens, shopping malls, high-rise buildings and supermarkets from December 1 to December 31, 2025. This activity supports the communication of two major stimulus programs in Ho Chi Minh City, including Shopping Season and “Responsible Green Tick”.
The program continues to receive the support of HDBank and Vikki Bank with cashless payment incentives such as discounts, vouchers, and refunds. Promoting digital payments contributes to the formation of a civilized consumer ecosystem in Ho Chi Minh City.
