Ho Chi Minh City: Milestones to become a UNESCO cinema city

Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam becomes one of the new members in the film industry, the first Creative City in the film industry of Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

On the occasion of World Cities Day (October 31), the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) officially announced the list of 58 cities enrolled in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network this year.

In particular, Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam is honored to become one of the new members in the cinema field of the Network, the first Creative City in the cinema field of Vietnam and Southeast Asia./.
