Long Xuyen City handed over 2 Great Unity houses in My Hoa ward

On the morning of June 5, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of My Hoa Ward (Long Xuyen City) organized a ceremony to hand over Great Unity houses to households with difficult housing circumstances in the area. Accordingly, the 2 houses were given to Ms. Vo Thi Van (born in 1953, residing in Group 11, Tay Hue 3 Hamlet) with a total area of ^​​32m2 . The structure of the house is a level 4 house, with walls, corrugated iron roof, tiled floors... with a total construction cost of over 90 million VND (of which, the An Giang Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association supported 60 million VND and the Ward's "Fund for the Poor" Mobilization Committee supported 30 million VND) and Mr. Do Van Hien (born in 1954, residing in Group 29, Tay Khanh 4 Hamlet), the structure of the level ⁴ house was built with a total area of ​​48m2, walls, corrugated iron roof, tiled floors... with a total construction cost of over 128 million VND (of which, Chau Viet Long Company Limited supported 120 million VND, the rest was contributed by benefactors and family).

On this occasion, the city and local leaders presented the two families with very practical gifts, thereby demonstrating the care and concern of the Party Committee and authorities at all levels in social security work, while also encouraging the spirit to help the families have more conditions to work with peace of mind, develop the economy and stabilize their lives.
