| Leaders of Song Cong City People's Committee commended individuals with outstanding contributions, spreading the movement of encouraging learning and talent in the area. |
During the past term, the work of promoting learning and talent in Song Cong City achieved many outstanding results. The association organization system was consolidated and strongly developed, with 100% of communes and wards having a grassroots association for promoting learning; 100% of residential groups, hamlets, agencies and units having a branch or committee for promoting learning. By 2025, the whole city had 22,314 members, accounting for 29.8% of the population.
The work of building the Scholarship Fund has received special attention. In 5 years, the city has mobilized over 9 billion VND to award thousands of scholarships to students in difficult circumstances.
The lifelong learning movement is promoted in the community. The whole city currently has 18,181 learning families (reaching 96%); 40/41 learning clans; 100% of units meeting the standards of learning communities and learning units.
Practical learning models such as "Learning never ends", "Lighting up faith, helping children go to school"... are effectively implemented, close to reality.
Propaganda, commendation, emulation and reward work is maintained regularly, creating motivation and widespread influence. During the term, many collectives and individuals were honored to receive awards from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education , the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Song Cong City for their outstanding achievements in promoting education, promoting talents and building a learning society.
