In order for the 2025 Food Safety Action Month to be highly effective, the leaders of Tan Uyen City People's Committee have requested all levels and sectors of the city to further strengthen their sense of responsibility in food quality inspection and management; closely monitor production, cultivation, livestock farming, slaughtering and trading at markets to detect establishments that do not meet requirements for strict handling. Industrial catering establishments, collective kitchens, ready-to-eat food processing establishments, and street food stalls must strictly implement food safety regulations, only use ingredients of clear origin and guaranteed quality.
For schools, theeducation sector and schools, in addition to educating students, parents, officials, teachers, staff and workers in schools about food safety, there should be specific regulations for establishments providing industrial meals for boarding students to ensure food is provided safely and of good quality. The city's agencies, departments and organizations, the People's Committees of communes and wards need to coordinate more closely with the health sector in implementing activities to ensure food safety throughout, especially during festivals, Tet, and the Month of Action for Food Safety...
