Land allocation in Nam Ha commune to Phuc Tho district People's Committee to implement kindergarten construction project

According to the Decision, the location, boundary and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the master plan drawing at a scale of 1/500 prepared by AVITYCO Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company in 2023 and confirmed by the Urban Management Department of Phuc Tho district to be consistent with Document No. 513/UBND-QLDT dated April 11, 2023 of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district; total area of ​​6,603.0m², including: Kindergarten construction area of ^{​​6,353.4m2} ; traffic land area of ^{​​249.6m2} with the form of land use being the State allocating land without collecting land use fees.

Phuc Tho District People's Committee is responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; consistent with investment content, basic design documents, approved construction drawing design, safety level, ensuring safety of the project when put into use; complying with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure in the area; at the same time, contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment to prepare a dossier of land handover boundary markers according to regulations.
