(VTC News) - Tran Quyet Chien won the 3-cushion carom World Cup for the second time in 2024 after winning the final match last night (October 26).
Tran Quyet Chien defeated Frederic Caudron in the final of the 3-cushion carom World Cup held in Veghel (Netherlands). This is the second time this year that Vietnam's number 1 carom player has won the 3-cushion World Cup stage. Caudron is one of the legendary carom players. The 56-year-old Belgian has won the stage 21 times and the 3-cushion World Cup season 4 times. Meanwhile, Tran Quyet Chien has only won the stage 3 times.

Nguyen Tran Thanh Tu - tied for 3rd place - was the player who reached 50 points the fastest (13 shots). Bao Phuong Vinh was the player with the highest average score per shot (2.522).
