In the first half, the two teams tied 0-0. In the second half, the Vietnamese girls played explosively with 3 goals to win 3-0, thereby winning a ticket to the quarterfinals 1 round early.

Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said: "Today, the team entered the game better than the previous match. The spirit of the players was also better. Our team controlled the gameplay and from there had many advantageous situations." Evaluating the match, Coach Dinh Hoang analyzed: "Each moment of the match will have different situations. In the first half, we played with higher pressing, not giving the opponent much space to develop. In the second half, we increased our concentration and stability. I am very happy that the team won. It was the effort of all the athletes, you played with more than 100% of your strength."

When asked about preparations for the upcoming important match against defending champion Iran, the head coach of the Vietnamese women's futsal team said: "After each match, the coaching staff will analyze and evaluate to see what the team has done well and what is not so good, and will also analyze the Iranian team to have a reasonable strategy for the next match."

Regarding the squad situation, Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang also added: "Currently, after the match, there are no serious injuries. Some players may be a bit overloaded, so the coaching staff will have a solution to help them get in the best shape for the next match."
