Awarding 39 decisions on transfer and appointment of officers at Quang Ninh Border Guard

The Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Ninh province have just held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres.

Of the 39 officers transferred and appointed this time, the Border Guard Command decided to assign 4 officers to the position of department leader, 13 officers to the position of Station Chief and Political Commissar, 11 comrades to the position of Head of Department, Assistant and 1 officer to the position of Station Chief of Border Control Station.

Colonel Nguyen Van Thiem, Commander of Quang Ninh Border Guard, presented appointment decisions to officers assigned to new assignments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Xuan Men, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, congratulated the officers who were transferred and appointed; at the same time, he affirmed that this was the timely attention of the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command for the team of officers; acknowledging the efforts and contributions of each individual in the past time.
