Over 1,000 pregnant mothers perform yoga together in Ho Chi Minh City

On the afternoon of November 8, over 1,000 pregnant women participated in a prenatal yoga performance at the An Hoi Dong Ward Cultural and Sports Service Center, Ho Chi Minh City, within the framework of the "Pregnant Mother & Baby Festival 2025" to spread the message of physical and mental health and family bonding during pregnancy.

In the gymnasium of the An Hoi Dong Ward Cultural and Sports Service Center, 1,050 pregnant mothers simultaneously performed gentle yoga exercises under the guidance of instructors. The movements focused on regulating breathing, training the body and reducing stress, important factors to help pregnant women have a healthy and safe pregnancy.

According to the organizers, prenatal yoga is considered the highlight of this year's Festival to encourage pregnant women to exercise appropriately, improve their health, maintain a positive spirit and spread the message of "healthy pregnancy - happiness every day".

Along with activities for pregnant mothers, the Festival also organized two large-scale sports playgrounds: Kidslympic for babies to crawl and Kidslympic Iron Kids, attracting nearly 3,000 children from 7 to 17 months old to participate.

Pregnant mothers eagerly participated in the Yoga festival on the afternoon of November 8.

Here, children can participate in early physical activities such as crawling across narrow paths, overcoming soft obstacles, practicing balance and reaching the finish line. These activities not only help children develop motor skills but also create opportunities for parents and children to experience the joy of movement in a safe environment.

According to the organizers, the games are designed to encourage children to develop naturally, form reflexes and early motor skills, and contribute to building the bond between parents and children in the early stages of life.

Besides yoga activities, the Festival also organizes two large-scale playgrounds for children.

In addition to physical activities, the 2025 Mother & Baby Festival also holds many community-oriented programs such as Mega sale with more than 200 genuine booths in the field of mother and baby care, and Vuon Concert - a large-scale music festival gathering many young artists to bring entertainment and connection space for families.

In addition, the exhibition and knowledge sharing area on maternity health care, nutrition, early education and child psychology also attracted a large number of parents. These activities are considered practical, contributing to raising awareness about maternal and child health care, aiming to build a dynamic and modern young family community.
