Over 238 billion VND to implement the project on developing education in ethnic minority areas

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, implementing Project No. 5 on developingeducation to improve the quality of human resources under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of the Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Regions, period 2022 - 2023, our province is allocated 238,198 million VND to implement sub-projects; of which development investment capital is 51,400 million VND, career capital is 186,798 million VND.

Through the capital, it will support investment in 10 educational projects; 150 people to eradicate illiteracy for people in the ethnic minority areas; 200 people to foster ethnic knowledge; 26,150 people to support vocational training; 15 repair and maintenance projects at vocational training facilities; 20 projects to purchase vocational training equipment at vocational training facilities; capacity building training for the community and implementing staff at all levels for 2,391 people.

Up to now, the province has disbursed development investment capital of VND 19,156 million, reaching 40.76%; disbursed public service capital of VND 20,741 million, reaching 11.1%.
