Of these, 340 are ethnic minorities, accounting for 87.2% of the total number of beneficiaries of legal aid. In addition, there are 21 beneficiaries from poor households; 9 beneficiaries are children; 3 beneficiaries are from near-poor households; 1 disabled beneficiary with financial difficulties and 16 beneficiaries from 16 to under 18 years old.
Within the scope of legal aid, the Center and its branches provided legal advice to 137 cases/137 people and participated in litigation in 253 cases/253 people.

Legal aid is a humane policy of the Party and State to provide free legal services to subjects specified in the Law on Legal Aid 2017.
Through this, it helps policy beneficiaries, the poor, and the disadvantaged receive legal aid to protect their legitimate rights and interests, contributing to ensuring human rights and civil rights in access to justice and equality before the law.
This activity also helps people improve their understanding, awareness of respecting and strictly complying with the law; maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the area.
