Over 99.9% of households are satisfied Tien Giang completes the task of building new rural areas in 2024

(ABO) In addition to propagating and mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas, the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Tien Giang province also organized to collect people's opinions on their satisfaction with the results of Tien Giang province's completion of the task of building new rural areas.

Thereby, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to issue a Party document on leadership and direction of the organization of collecting opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of Tien Giang province's completion of the task of building new rural areas; organize the implementation of the Plan on organizing the collection of opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of Tien Giang province's completion of the task of building new rural areas for 200 delegates to attend; all Party committees at all levels issued Party documents on leadership and assigned Party committee members and members of the Steering Committee to monitor, inspect and urge the implementation.

According to the plan, the organization of collecting opinions on people's satisfaction from March 28 to April 14, 2025, will be carried out for 73% of households in 193 residential areas in 59 communes of 11 districts, cities and towns in the province (not organizing opinions for wards and towns); deploying and distributing 65,627 ballots to 193 residential areas in 59 communes in the province, the content according to ballot form No. 7 and stamped by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province above the left corner of the ballot.

The review team studied the documents.

Based on the province's plan, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the district and commune levels deployed and guided the Residential Area Front Working Committee to establish 193 teams, each team consisting of 5 to 10 people, including the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations at the commune level; the Front Working Committee and branches and associations of socio-political organizations; at the same time, assigned tasks to team members to distribute ballots to each household to collect opinions according to the allocated number; collected ballots and synthesized opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of Tien Giang province's completion of the task of building new rural areas. As a result, the total number of households receiving opinions was 65,627 households (73%), the total number of ballots issued was 65,627, the total number of ballots collected was 65,627 (100% of the ballots issued).

Results of people's opinions, from question 1 to question 8: All reached from 99.74% to 99.98% of respondents satisfied. The number of respondents who answered unsatisfied was at least 0.02% in question 6 "Mobilizing contributions (money, working days, land donation) from families to build new rural areas" and the highest was 0.26% in question 2 "Traffic routes in residential areas, communes, districts; planting trees along district roads, provincial roads, national highways in the area according to regulations"; in which, the satisfaction rate of each commune for the results in each content reached 90% or more. For question 9: 99.995% of respondents answered satisfied; the remaining 0.005% of respondents answered unsatisfied. There is no district, town, or city with an average satisfaction rate below 90%. In the questions, there were 561 opinions of people still wondering and not satisfied about traffic, waste collection and treatment, electricity, domestic water, income, security and order in residential areas.

The organization of collecting opinions is regularly inspected and supervised by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, district and commune levels. Through inspection and supervision, localities have implemented in accordance with regulations; the collection of opinions is carried out directly at households; the opinions of the people are fully and objectively synthesized. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province established 2 groups (composed of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, representatives of leaders of political and social organizations of the province), organized to examine and evaluate the collection of opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of the construction of Tien Giang province in completing the task of building new rural areas.

Through the review, the implementation process ensures that the steps for collecting opinions are according to plan; the opinions of the people are received by the People's Committees at all levels, explained in writing and have directions and solutions for implementation in the coming time. Issues beyond the authority are recommended to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

Through consultation, the rate of households agreeing 99.995%, agreeing, and being very satisfied with the process of organizing and implementing the construction of Tien Giang province to complete the task of building new rural areas by 2024.
