Deploying the Plan to implement the Tourism System Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045

The Provincial People's Committee has just directed the implementation of the Plan to implement the Tourism System Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045. Accordingly, Decision No. 382/QD-TTg dated February 21, 2025 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Plan to implement the Tourism System Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045 clearly states: Project implementation must be consistent with the country's development orientations; with the viewpoints, goals and orientations set forth in Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW dated January 16, 2017 of the Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector; Vietnam's Tourism Development Strategy to 2030 and Directive No. 08/CT-TTg dated February 23, 2024 of the Prime Minister on comprehensive, rapid and sustainable tourism development in the coming time...

The implementation of projects using capital sources other than public investment capital must ensure the following principles: Provinces and centrally-run cities shall, based on the priority orientation for tourism system development approved by the Prime Minister in national, regional and provincial planning, organize the attraction of capital sources other than public investment capital to invest in tourism system development according to planning and plans to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations...

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities based on assigned functions and tasks, current regulations and actual situation of the locality to organize the implementation of Decision No. 382/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister in the province; advise the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of tasks under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee according to current regulations.
