Thu Dau Mot City: Adding 6 land acquisition projects and works to the 2025 Land Use Plan

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1323/QD-UBND on approving the addition of the list of land acquisition projects and works to the Land Use Plan for 2025 in Thu Dau Mot City. Accordingly, 6 land acquisition projects and works are added to the Land Use Plan for 2025 in Thu Dau Mot City with an area of ​​24.26 hectares. Including the following works: Reinforcing Bay Goi Canal, reinforcing Cay Nhung Canal, reinforcing Hai Rong Canal (Lo Duong), expanding Sub-area D13 Road (from Pham Ngoc Thach Street to N13, Phu My Ward), extending Tran Ngoc Len Street, and constructing the Saigon River road phase 3.

The People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City is responsible for publicly announcing the addition of the list of land acquisition projects and works to the Land Use Plan for 2025 of Thu Dau Mot City in accordance with the provisions of the law on land. At the same time, carry out land acquisition, land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan; organize regular inspections of the implementation of the land use plan.
