On the morning of August 16, the Provincial Business Association and the consulting unit coordinated with the People's Committee of Kien Xuong district to organize a conference to deploy the implementation of the Department, Branch, District and City Competitiveness Index (DDCI) on the digital technology platform in 2023. Attending the conference were leaders of Kien Xuong district, the Provincial Business Association and enterprises, cooperatives and business households in the district.

In 2023, Kien Xuong district has nearly 150 enterprises, cooperatives, and business households investing in production and business in all fields and professions in industrial clusters and craft villages that have been screened by the consulting unit to be eligible to participate in the DDCI survey. At the conference, delegates were analyzed and clarified by the leaders of the Provincial Business Association on the new points in implementing DDCI on the digital technology platform. Experts from the Bac Giang Provincial Business Consulting and Support Center - the consulting unit trained and guided businesses to access and fill out specific survey forms on the province's DDCI survey software.

With the methodical and thoughtful coordination in implementing the measurement of the DDCI Index, the Provincial Business Association and the People's Committee of Kien Xuong district believe that the DDCI results in 2023 will accurately reflect the quality of economic management of state management agencies. DDCI is truly a measure to help the Party Committee and the government of Kien Xuong district identify the strengths and limitations in management and operation, thereby determining the focus of reform and innovation to create a favorable investment and business environment for people and businesses as well as contribute to attracting investment resources and developing the socio-economy of the district and province in the coming time.
