Exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way" 3D 360°: A bridge for young people to "touch" history from all geographical distances

In parallel with the exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way" taking place at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) from August 28 to September 5, the Organizing Committee has launched a 3D 360° interactive technology exhibition version to meet the needs of domestic and foreign audiences who have not had the opportunity to attend in person.

The digital space recreates all 8 exhibition areas with 3 main contents, including: the glorious 95-year journey of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh and the General Secretaries of the Communist Party of Vietnam through the periods; National Congresses of the Communist Party of Vietnam through the periods - golden pages of history presented in the form of e-books.

For Quan Thuy Trang, an office worker living in Phu Tho province, going to Hanoi to attend the exhibition “95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way” on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd has always been a great desire. However, a sudden family emergency prevented Thuy Trang from carrying out that plan. Therefore, when she learned that the exhibition’s Organizing Committee had launched a 3D 360° interactive technology version, Thuy Trang was eager to try it right away.

Visitors can play the role of a virtual guide (simulate human 3D) to start the journey. By using the mouse, navigation keys (on computers) or touch (on phones, tablets), the public can easily move through each space, click on artifacts, pictures, documents to view detailed information, images, and illustrative videos . Thanks to the application of modern technology, the digital exhibition brings a realistic, vivid experience, allowing viewers to "touch" history wherever they are. This is not only a new, modern approach, but also a bridge for the younger generation to love, understand and be proud of the glorious 95-year journey of the nation under the light of the Party flag.

Thousands of kilometers away from her homeland, Nguyen Mai Phuong, a tour guide leading a mountain climbing group in Ladakh (India), did not miss this important event. After a long day of leading the group to conquer the difficult mountain path, Ms. Phuong opened her phone and accessed the exhibition. The 3D images of Vietnamese history appearing on the snow-covered plateau moved her.

Even though he lives in Hanoi, Mr. Tung Tran still chooses to visit the 3D online version of the exhibition “95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way” with his family. In the evening, the whole family gathers in front of the computer screen to “go sightseeing” in the virtual space. His 8-year-old son, who is very fond of history, is extremely excited to be able to control the virtual character himself, stop to admire the artifacts and watch the vivid documentary footage.
