On the morning of November 7, at the Provincial Cultural Center, the Department of Grassroots Culture - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province organized an exhibition of large-scale propaganda paintings on building a cultural environment and celebrating the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024).
Art performance to welcome the Exhibition
Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Vi Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ; Mr. Thai Hong Ha - Director of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ; leaders of departments, branches and localities.

The exhibition introduced 150 works by professional and amateur artists nationwide selected from propaganda painting competitions organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture and propaganda paintings celebrating the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province.
Mr. Thai Hong Ha - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province delivered a welcome speech.
The works focus on promoting the cause of development, building a comprehensively developed Vietnamese culture and people, aiming at truth - goodness - beauty, imbued with the spirit of nationalism, humanity, democracy and science, contributing to encouraging and motivating the masses to promote the patriotic emulation movement, labor production, study, work and firmly protect the Fatherland. At the same time, introducing and promoting the image, potential, strengths in socio-economic development, cultural values, historical relics, scenic spots of the land and people of Dak Lak to a large number of people, tourists, friends at home and abroad.

Speaking at the opening of the Exhibition, Ms. Vi Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that this is an activity to implement Resolution 33 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and sustainable development of the country. The Exhibition not only demonstrates high artistic value but also contains a strong message, contributing to widely promoting the cause of building Vietnamese culture and people to develop comprehensively, towards good and beautiful values, imbued with national spirit, promoting the spirit of solidarity, intellectual capacity to successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.

According to Mr. Thai Hong Ha - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this is a very meaningful and practical activity for the people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province, contributing to widely disseminating the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions and the great achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province in 120 years of construction and development; encouraging cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in Dak Lak province to overcome difficulties and challenges, join hands, unite and be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
The exhibition runs until November 14, 2024./.
