With 1,400 booths from 1,000 businesses from 20 countries and territories, the event is expected to be an effective trade bridge, contributing to promoting investment, trade cooperation and technology transfer in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
According to data from ipos.vn, in 2024, the revenue of the F&B industry in Vietnam will reach about 688.8 trillion VND (equivalent to more than 25 billion USD), an increase of 16.6% compared to 2023, maintaining an average growth rate of 7-10%/year in the period 2019-2024. Along with the development of domestic brands, foreign enterprises are also expanding their operations thanks to the advantages of free trade agreements, helping domestic consumers access high-quality imported foods at reasonable prices.
Vietfood & Beverage - Propack Vietnam 2025 is a bridge connecting trade, helping Vietnamese businesses update trends and introduce new products.
The franchise model continues to boom, leading to an increase in demand for imported raw materials such as milk, flour, processed meat, high-end beverages, etc. This requires domestic distributors to seek international partners, while also creating opportunities for foreign enterprises to cooperate with reputable Vietnamese logistics units.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City emphasized that the exhibition, co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association over the years, has brought about clear results in trade promotion. At the same time, specialized seminars, business connection programs and welcoming domestic and foreign buyers have also contributed to improving the competitiveness of businesses in the food and beverage industry.
In the first 7 months of 2025, the city's industrial production index (IIP) is estimated to increase by 5.4%, of which the manufacturing and processing industry increased by 10%, and the food processing industry alone increased by 8.6%. This is a testament to the important role of the industry in the city's industry.

Highlighted in the exhibition are the booths of international frozen food enterprises such as Allanasons, Agroeco, Al ammar Frozen Foods, Miratorg... representing the trend of expanding the global supply chain. The participation of these units brings opportunities for cooperation, technology transfer and product quality improvement.
Within the framework of the event, specialized seminars such as “Application of technology & artificial intelligence in the food industry supply chain”, the forum “Leading EPR transformation – Efficiency & Sustainability” also took place. In addition, sideline activities such as the Young chefs challenge cooking competition, beer and soft drink cocktail mixing workshop, VIP Buyer program... also contributed to enriching the exhibition content.
Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2025 exhibition lasts until August 9, expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors.
