The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 2735/QD-BVHTTDL on organizing an exhibition of propaganda paintings to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
Accordingly, the exhibition is expected to open on October 4, displaying 150 - 200 propaganda paintings at the Central Flower Garden of Son Tay town, Hanoi city.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the organization and implementation must ensure quality, progress and efficiency. The Department of Grassroots Culture shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the approved Plan.
The exhibition of propaganda paintings to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day was organized to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people the significance and great historical value of the Capital Liberation Day in the revolutionary cause of fighting for national independence and socialism; affirming the correct and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh and the spirit of great national unity as the decisive factor for all victories of the Vietnamese revolution.
The exhibition aims to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people about the meaning and great historical value of the Capital Liberation Day.
The exhibition educates about the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary heroism, the spirit of "determination to die for the Fatherland", bravery and resilience of the army and people of the whole country; encourages and motivates cadres, party members and people to promote industrialization, modernization, and build the capital Hanoi to develop comprehensively and sustainably.
