Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Xuan Nam (born in 1967, hometown in Vinh Hoa commune), member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District Fatherland Front Committee submitted an application for early retirement to contribute to facilitating the work of arranging and streamlining the local apparatus.

In addition, comrade Dao Quoc Chien (born in 1971, hometown in Hiep Luc commune), Deputy Head of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, also submitted a request for early retirement for the same reason.

Previously, the Organizing Committee of Ninh Giang District Party Committee received applications from two leaders of the Ninh Giang District Culture, Sports and Communication Center wishing to retire early.
