Identifying and building a workplace culture is not only about implementing administrative regulations, but is also a core part of building a Party school culture, where order, discipline, responsibility and public ethics are considered central values. Over the years, Hoang Dinh Giong Political School has promoted the emulation movement of workplace culture associated with training, research and fostering of cadres, widely spreading the values ​​of public ethics, Party culture and the spirit of serving the people among all cadres, lecturers and students.

Implementing Decision No. 733/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2019 of the Prime Minister and Plan No. 3077/KH-UBND dated August 30, 2019 of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province on the emulation movement "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025, Hoang Dinh Giong Political School has proactively concretized the content of the movement with many practical solutions, suitable to the characteristics of the province's cadre training and fostering facilities.

One of the important highlights in implementing the office culture emulation movement is that the School issued Decision No. 1523-QD/TCT dated October 9, 2024 on the Regulations on cultural behavior throughout the School. The Regulations have specified the standards of communication and behavior between staff, lecturers and students; promoting the spirit of respect for the organization, administrative discipline, responsibility to set an example and a culture of positive feedback. These contents are integrated into the activities of the Party cell, trade union, and youth union, becoming important criteria in the evaluation and classification of year-end emulation. Thanks to that, the staff and lecturers of the School constantly practice and demonstrate a standard style in public service, teaching and communication.

Along with that, the model of "4 good Party Cells" - good leadership in implementing political tasks; good solidarity and discipline; good activities; good party members is maintained regularly, creating motivation to promote the sense of responsibility, discipline and awareness of setting an example of cadres and party members. Every year, 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees practice good office culture; exemplary collectives and individuals are promptly rewarded and recognized.

In particular, the School pays special attention to implementing the emulation movement of office culture, spreading the values ​​of public ethics, Party culture and the spirit of serving the People, in order to constantly improve political capacity, professional qualifications, working capacity, enthusiasm, responsibility, love for the profession, promote the proactiveness, creativity, pioneering spirit, exemplary of the School's cadres, party members, lecturers, staff and students, towards the goal of building a team of cadres and lecturers who are "both red and professional". The effective implementation of the movement contributes to maintaining and promoting the title of Level 1 Political School.
