On the afternoon of June 8, the National Economics University held the launching ceremony of the Master of Business in Digital Management and Master of Business in Supply Chain Management programs, in cooperation with the University of the West of England, UK.
These are two international master's programs with cutting-edge majors, integrating digital technology and business administration, for dynamic young people who aspire to become managers or start a business in the future.

These two master's programs were developed and taught at the University of the West of England (top 24 best universities in the UK (The Guardian 2023), top 401-500 universities in the world (Times Higher Education, 2023), and are currently being implemented by the National Economics University in the form of joint training with the goal of providing students in Vietnam with the mindset and tools to apply digital technology in today's business activities. The highlight of the two master's programs is 2 weeks of practical experience in the UK, helping students increase exchanges, learn from British businesses, and bring international cooperation opportunities to future entrepreneurs. The cost of the 2 weeks of experience (excluding visa and airfare) is sponsored by the program.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Professor Pham Hong Chuong, President of the National Economics University, emphasized that the launch of the two programs is a concrete action to fulfill the school's mission. Business trends in Vietnam are gradually changing and digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for the application of technology in business management. Faced with the opportunities and challenges of the economy, the University and specifically the International Training Institute always strive to find and develop high-quality international joint programs to meet the needs of the new generation of administrators.
Representing the University of the West of England, Professor Ray Priest, Director of Asia-Pacific region, expressed his belief that the two new programs will contribute to supporting economic and business development in the post-pandemic period to restore and grow the domestic and regional economy.

On this occasion, National Economics University organized the Seminar "Digital technology in modern business administration: International trends and Vietnamese practices" for managers who want to apply digital technology to bring innovation to businesses; young people with business ideas and aspirations to start a business in the technology field. Four speakers including Mr. Dang Vu Tuan, Vice President of Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA), President of the Institute for Development of Digital Economy, Culture, and Society (IDECS); Tran Viet Anh, Founder and CEO of Spiderum; Dr. Tran Quang Huy, Human Resource Management Expert; Professor Paul Bennett, Director of International Affairs, School of Business and Law, University of the West of England, UK shared about the application of digital technology to improve the effectiveness of corporate governance.
