At the workshop, delegates listened to reports on: Refrigeration technology with seafood processing technology; digitalization of production processes, an important link in the digital transformation process in seafood processing enterprises; models and applications of technology in advanced marine aquaculture; digitalization of products in seafood processing factories... From there, discuss and share research achievements and practical experiences in deploying smart technology in seafood mechanics; towards solutions to increase the value of the seafood industry, protect the environment, and increase socio -economic efficiency for the locality. These are urgent contents when the province is promoting the comprehensive development of the seafood industry, associated with the potential of sea and island tourism and conservation of marine ecosystems.

In addition, the workshop is also an opportunity for participants to assess cooperation potential and build a network of mutual support. Thereby, promoting the research and technology transfer process, contributing to the sustainable development of the marine economy.
