There were 37 Jrai students participating in the training class. Students were given comprehensive access to both theory and practice about the craft of making Ghen wine - a long-standing cultural feature of the Jrai people.
The teaching content includes the history of the profession, selection of raw materials (roots, rice, sticky rice, water), brewing and fermentation processes, how to preserve wine as well as methods to ensure food hygiene and safety.

In addition, students are also guided on how to develop products in the direction of community tourism , gradually building a typical jar wine brand of Ia Pa land.
The training course is not only a place to pass on traditional techniques from senior artisans to the younger generation, but also opens up a new direction in promoting the economic value of traditional wine making. Thereby, contributing to the preservation of national cultural heritage and creating sustainable livelihoods for local people.
