(GLO)- Last week, coffee prices in Gia Lai recorded the sharpest decrease in the Central Highlands region at VND5,200/kg. In Dak Lak and Dak Nong, coffee prices also decreased by VND5,000/kg.

Coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces on the morning of June 2 remained unchanged, remaining stable as yesterday. Currently, the average coffee purchase price in key areas is at 117,300 VND/kg. In Dak Lak, it is 117,500 VND/kg, in Lam Dong it is 117,000 VND/kg, in Gia Lai it is 117,300 VND/kg and in Dak Nong it is 117,500 VND/kg.

In May, coffee in the Central Highlands provinces recorded an average decrease of 14,200 to 14,300 VND/kg.

For pepper, the morning of June 2 also recorded a stable price and remained unchanged compared to yesterday's trading session. Currently, the average pepper purchase price in key areas is 144,900 VND/kg.

Specifically, the pepper purchase price today in Gia Lai is 144,500 VND/kg; in Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Binh Phuoc it remains at 145,000 VND/kg.

Pepper prices in Dak Lak continued to stabilize and move sideways compared to the previous downward session, currently at 146,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country.
