Specifically, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some localities, with moderate to heavy rain in some places, with rainfall ranging from 10 - 30mm in 24 hours, with some places over 50mm in 24 hours. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, local heavy rain (>30mm/1h) and strong gusts of wind.

The provincial Hydrometeorological Station recommends that localized heavy rains that can cause flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas should be on guard against strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. All levels, sectors and localities should pay close attention and proactively take preventive measures to minimize damage caused by heavy rains, flash floods and landslides.
