(PLVN) - Hanoi will pilot traffic organization adjustment at the To Huu - Le Van Luong - Khuat Duy Tien intersection (Thanh Xuan district) from April 12 to May 12.

Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a pilot project to adjust traffic organization at the To Huu - Le Van Luong - Khuat Duy Tien intersection (Thanh Xuan district).

Accordingly, the content of the pilot traffic organization plan is as follows: Allowing vehicles from Khuat Duy Tien Street to Pham Hung to turn left onto To Huu Street. At the same time, allowing vehicles from Khuat Duy Tien Street to Nguyen Xien Street to turn left onto Le Van Luong Street.

The pilot period starts from April 12 to May 12.

The Department of Construction requests the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to implement the adjustment and addition of traffic safety systems at the intersection area, including: road signs, road markings, etc. according to the approved traffic organization plan. At the same time, monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect inadequacies and propose appropriate adjustments to the traffic organization adjustment plan.

The Hanoi Department of Construction Inspectorate has arranged forces to coordinate with the Traffic Police and related units to provide guidance to vehicles according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization...

The Department requests the Traffic Police Department - City Police to coordinate with the Inspectorate of Hanoi Department of Construction to guide traffic flow for vehicles participating in traffic to ensure traffic safety, avoid traffic congestion; Strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and urban order; Monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect inadequacies, propose appropriate adjustments to traffic organization.

For Thanh Xuan District People's Committee, direct the ward police force, local authorities to arrange forces to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Construction Inspectorate, Hanoi City Traffic Police and relevant parties to regulate and guide traffic flow, avoid traffic congestion; Organize inspections and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads around the intersection area.
