Tuyen Quang: Efforts to make digital transformation a nationwide movement.

In response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 with the theme "Digital Transformation: Faster, More Efficient, Closer to the People," Tuyen Quang province has proactively, actively, synchronously, creatively, and effectively implemented many practical activities, making digital transformation a widespread movement among the entire population.

Unified action orientation

On October 2nd, 2025, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND outlining the direction and implementation of specific and comprehensive activities throughout the province in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025, linked to the themes "Digital transformation for all people, comprehensive and complete to accelerate and break through the development of the digital economy " and "Digital transformation: Faster, more efficient, closer to the people."

The issuance of this plan demonstrates Tuyen Quang's proactive, decisive, and systematic vision in leadership and management; it also creates unity in awareness and approach among all levels, sectors, and localities, ensuring that all participating activities have a common direction and are truly effective.

A synchronized, comprehensive communication campaign with widespread impact.

Since the beginning of October, a large-scale, multi-channel, multi-platform communication campaign has been spearheaded by the Department of Science and Technology, in coordination with other departments, agencies, and localities. This includes issuing press releases and directives to promptly guide implementation by relevant agencies, departments, and localities. The department has also proactively collaborated with Vietnam Television and provincial media to create news reports promoting effective practices and exemplary models in digital transformation.

Thousands of news articles, reports, photos, posters, infographics, and video clips have been published on the provincial portal/website, newspapers, radio and television stations, local broadcasting systems, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and YouTube, creating a "digital information flow" that spreads widely to every citizen and community.

The online awareness campaign received a positive response from a large number of officials, union members, and people in the province, who simultaneously changed their social media profile pictures to the image frame "Tuyen Quang Digital Transformation 2025," combined with banners, standees, billboards, and slogans... covering both the digital space and real life.

In particular, the "National Digital Learning Day" program, held at the Thang Tin border commune's market, was livestreamed on Facebook, attracting tens of thousands of views and interactions. The vivid images of people from remote, border areas and ethnic minorities, youth union members, association members, community digital arts groups, students, and local officials learning, experiencing, and using digital platforms created a vibrant picture, powerfully conveying the message "Digital transformation closer to the people."

The nationwide digital learning movement

From the lowlands to the highlands and border regions, the "National Digital Learning" movement is spreading strongly, becoming one of the highlights in the series of activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 in Tuyen Quang.

In Minh Thanh commune, the National Digital Learning Day took place vibrantly, with a highlight being a seminar and sharing of experiences in learning and applying digital technology in various aspects of life, as well as experiential activities at booths showcasing digital technology applications.

Just before the event's opening ceremony, Viettel Tuyen Quang completed the infrastructure deployment and officially launched 5G at the commune's administrative center. Residents and delegates were able to experience and use the best quality telecommunications services, making the atmosphere of the event even more vibrant and adding more significance to the digital transformation event in the locality.

Promoting digital awareness through an online competition.

From October 10th to October 24th, 2025, the province organized an online quiz competition on Digital Transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW. The test consisted of 45 questions and answers, focusing on a wide range of topics, including basic digital knowledge and skills, as well as key content on the goals, perspectives, and solutions for implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

The competition attracted 30,429 participants with 81,788 entries, of which 437 people and 6,649 entries answered all questions correctly. The fastest and most accurate answer was given in just 42 seconds... These figures demonstrate the appeal and widespread effectiveness of the competition in promoting awareness and action on digital transformation among the entire population.

Enhancing digital capabilities from the grassroots level.

Recognizing that training and developing grassroots officials is a key task, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable spread of digital transformation, within the framework of the plan to organize activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025, Tuyen Quang province has been implementing training courses on digital transformation and enhancing digital capacity for officials, civil servants, and public employees in 88 communes and wards in the province.

The program content focuses on skills in using online public services, digital signatures, managing electronic documents, ensuring information security, and guiding citizens in using basic digital services…

Fostering innovation - towards digital government and digital society.

Through its outstanding activities in response to this year's National Digital Transformation Day, Tuyen Quang is affirming the right direction: putting the people at the center, using digital technology as a tool, and data as the foundation for development.

Communication activities, training sessions, online competitions, and pilot models at the grassroots level have created a strong catalyst, fostering a spirit of innovation and creativity, and sowing the seeds of digital awareness in each community and among each individual.

Tuyen Quang's digital transformation is not merely a campaign, but is also demonstrated through concrete, practical actions and initiatives, with innovative, appropriate, and people-oriented approaches that are substantive and effective, driven by strong political determination. This contributes to promoting the development of a digital government, digital economy, and digital society for rapid and sustainable development.
