Tuyen Quang: Efforts to turn digital transformation into a nationwide movement

Responding to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 with the theme "Digital transformation: Faster, more effective, closer to the people", Tuyen Quang province has proactively, actively, synchronously, creatively and effectively implemented many practical activities, making digital transformation a widespread movement among the entire population.

Unified Action Orientation

On October 2, 2025, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND to direct and implement specific and comprehensive activities in the whole province in response to the National Digital Transformation Day in 2025, associated with the themes "Comprehensive, comprehensive digital transformation to accelerate and break through digital economic development" and "Digital transformation: Faster, more effective, closer to the people."

The issuance of the plan demonstrates Tuyen Quang's proactive, decisive and methodical vision in direction and management; at the same time, it creates unity in perception and approach among all levels, sectors and localities, ensuring that all response activities have a common direction and are substantially effective.

Synchronized, comprehensive communication campaign, creating widespread influence

Since the beginning of October, the Department of Science and Technology has chaired a large-scale, multi-channel, multi-platform communication campaign, coordinated with departments, branches and localities to deploy synchronously. Press releases and directives have been issued to promptly urge agencies, departments, branches and localities, and proactively coordinated with Vietnam Television and provincial press to create propaganda reports, spread effective practices and typical examples in digital transformation.

Thousands of news, articles, reports, photos, posters, infographics and video clips have been posted on the Electronic Information Portal/Website system, Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television, grassroots radio systems, and social networking platforms Facebook, Zalo, YouTube... creating a "digital information flow" that spreads widely to each citizen and residential communities.

The online identification campaign received the response of a large number of cadres, union members and people in the province, who simultaneously changed their social media profile pictures to the "Tuyen Quang Digital Transformation 2025" profile picture, combined with banners, standees, billboards, slogans... covering the digital space and real life.

In particular, the National Digital Learning Festival Program held at the market space of Thanh Tin border commune was livestreamed on Facebook, attracting tens of thousands of views and interactions. The vivid images of people in remote, border and ethnic minority areas, union members, community digital art groups, students, and grassroots officials studying, experiencing, and using digital platforms together created a vivid picture, strongly conveying the message "Digital transformation closer to the people."

Digital learning movement for the whole people

From the lowlands to the border highlands, the "All people learn digitally" movement has spread strongly, becoming one of the highlights in the series of activities responding to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 in Tuyen Quang.

In Minh Thanh commune, the National Digital Learning Festival took place enthusiastically with the highlight being the discussion activities, sharing of learning experiences, applying digital technology in various areas of life and experiential activities at digital technology application booths.

Right before the opening ceremony, Viettel Tuyen Quang completed the infrastructure system and officially broadcast 5G at the commune administrative center. People and delegates experienced and used the best quality telecommunications services, making the festival atmosphere more exciting and adding more meaning to the digital transformation event in the locality.

Promoting digital awareness through online contest

From October 10 to October 24, 2025, the province organized an online quiz to learn about Digital Transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW with a test consisting of 45 questions and answers, focusing on a rich design, revolving around basic digital knowledge and skills with key content on goals, viewpoints and solutions to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

The contest attracted 30,429 participants with 81,788 entries, of which 437 people and 6,649 entries answered all questions correctly, the fastest and correct answer took only 42 seconds... These numbers show the attraction and widespread propaganda effectiveness of the contest in promoting awareness and digital transformation actions among the entire population.

Enhancing digital capacity from the grassroots

Identifying training and fostering grassroots cadres as a key task, creating a solid foundation for sustainable digital transformation; within the framework of the plan to organize activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day in 2025, Tuyen Quang province has been organizing training courses on digital transformation knowledge, improving digital capacity for cadres, civil servants and public employees in 88 communes and wards in the province.

The program focuses on skills in using online public services, digital signatures, electronic document management, ensuring information security, and guiding people in performing basic digital services...

Sparking innovation - towards digital government and digital society

Through outstanding activities responding to this year's National Digital Transformation Day, Tuyen Quang is affirming the right direction: Taking people as the center, digital technology as a tool and data as the foundation for development.

Communication activities, training, online competitions or pilot models at the grassroots level have created strong catalysts, promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity, sowing digital awareness in each community and each citizen.

Tuyen Quang carries out digital transformation not only through a simple movement, but also demonstrates it through specific and practical actions and deeds, with creative, appropriate, close-to-the-people, practical and effective ways of doing things with high political determination, thereby contributing to promoting the building of digital government, digital economy, and digital society for the goal of rapid and sustainable development.
