TYM Thanh Hoa branch presents "Warm House of Love" to poor women

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of June 2, the Microfinance Organization Tinh Thuong (TYM) Thanh Hoa branch handed over the house "Warm House of Love" to poor women members in Quang Xuong district. Attending the handover ceremony were the Board of Directors of TYM Thanh Hoa branch, leaders of Quang Thach commune and the Women's Union of Quang Thach commune.

Ms. Le Bich Thao, Deputy Director of TYM Thanh Hoa branch, read the decision to hand over the "Warm House of Love" house to customer Nguyen Thi Gam.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam, born in 1958, joined TYM since June 2022, at cluster 59, Thach Trung village, Quang Thach commune (Quang Xuong).

Her family is in extremely difficult circumstances, being among the poor households in the locality. She herself is a former youth volunteer, her health is declining, she is often sick, her husband died early. The family's income is mainly from farming and growing vegetables, not enough to cover living expenses. The house where Ms. Gam lived before is also seriously degraded, there is no source of funds to repair it.

Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dien, Director of TYM Thanh Hoa branch, presented a support sign of 60 million VND "Warm home of love" to the family of customer Nguyen Thi Gam.

From the program to support the construction of houses “Warm House of Love” for poor women in difficult circumstances, TYM Thanh Hoa branch supported Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam with 60 million VND to build a new house. The house is covered with cold corrugated iron with an area of ^​​50m2 , including 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom. The total cost of construction is 280 million VND.

The customer's "Warm House of Love" was newly built.

At the handover ceremony of the "Warm House of Love" to Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam, the leaders of Quang Thach commune and the Women's Union of Quang Thach commune also presented many meaningful gifts, helping Ms. Gam's family stabilize their lives.

Receiving the new house, Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam thanked the special attention of TYM Thanh Hoa branch, the Women's Union of Quang Xuong district, the local Party Committee and government, relatives and villagers for helping her family have a new, spacious house to stabilize their living conditions and reduce difficulties in life.

This is a meaningful annual activity, expressing TYM’s affection for female customers who are still facing housing difficulties. Thereby, helping customers and their families feel secure in working and producing, striving to escape poverty and stabilize their lives.

This is also the first "Warm House of Love" supported by TYM to be built in 2025.
